*Cardholder will be responsible for all fees associated with using a credit/debit card. Manual Entry holds 3.5% service fee plus $0.15 per entry. Swiped cards hold a 2.5% fee plus $0.10 per swipe.

**Return check fees are $40.00. If a check is returned, checks will no longer be available as a form of payment.
